Ballistic Marketing Group is owned by Gary Gannon, an integrated marketing communications professional with over 29 years experience in diverse business industries including education, financial services, publishing, real estate, economic development, music, retail, culinary services, food products and technology.
A California native, Gary relocated to New Braunfels, Texas with his family in November 2010 when his wife became the new Alumni Director at Texas State University. From 2011 to 2014 he lead the marketing and communications efforts for the Greater San Marcos Partnership, a regional economic development agency located in San Marcos, before deciding to launch Ballistic Marketing Group.
Gary has a deep appreciation for Texas history and culture, is an avid Spurs fan, and relishes in all of the beauty and activities that Texas has to offer. A self-proclaimed foodie and amateur chef, Gary enjoys cooking meals for his family and friends, especially traditional southern dishes and Texas barbecue.
When he's not cooking or watching a Spur's game, you can find Gary taking in some live music at one of the many dance halls, honky-tonks and ice houses that dot south Texas, tailgating at a Texas State University football game, or simply relaxing at home with his wife Kim, daughter Mackenzie, and the cat and dog. Gary is an active member of the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce and a 2017 graduate of the Leadership New Braunfels Program. He is also a 2015 graduate of City University, a City of New Braunfels leadership and education program, and a member of Rotary Club of New Braunfels.
